We are hiring a market researcher for our Sochi office — someone who understands markets (crypto and related) and can test ideas against data.

What you will do: study what is happening in markets, form hypotheses, check them against history, and prepare clear findings for the team. This is research — not signal-selling and not discretionary trading.

Who fits: market analysis experience, statistics or a quant mindset, and the ability to separate a strong idea from noise. Python/SQL is a plus.

We are hiring a strong engineer for our Sochi office to lead fintech system development with AI tools.

What you will do: brief AI coding agents (Cursor, Codex, and similar), review code, own architecture, and make sure only reliable work reaches production. This is not a junior “ship buttons” role — Senior/Staff maturity is required.

Stack: TypeScript, Node, Next.js, Postgres, Cloudflare. Fintech, trading systems, or other high-reliability experience is a strong plus.
